OpenLife Nigeria reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has disclosed that elections will not hold in 240 polling units across the Nigeria.
The electoral body explained that no voter was captured in those polling units.
Speaking to journalists, INEC chairman, professor Yakubu Mahmoud said the electoral body will therefore, not deploy both voting materials and adhoc staff to the polling units.
