OpenLife Nigeria reports that as Nigeria’s Super Eagles land in a chartered Air Peace plane in Douala, Republic of Cameroun, for the FIFA 2022 World Cup Qualifying Match between Nigeria and the Central African Republic there are palpable fears amongst sports enthusiasts about the outcome of the match slated for tomorrow, Sunday, October 10.
The Super Eagles had played the Central African Republic on Thursday, 7th October 2021 at the National Stadium, Surulere Lagos and lost.
Speaking in Douala, Rohr said:
“We have a good training session. The pitch is nice. The stadium is wonderful.
“We have to play better than the other day. We need the victory. We have the opportunity to win this match. We could not get results about there days ago. But this time, we will get the victory.
“Our strategy is to make amends. We will effect changes. But our changes will not be too much. We will bring in about three new players.
“We are also going to ensure quality communications amongst us. We are very confident that we will get the victory,” he assured.
