You Are Out Of Tune With Security Realities In Nigeria, Activist Zekeri Lambasts Seyi Law Over Security Remarks

OpenLife reports that an activist, simply identified as Zekeri has washed down comedian Seyi Law over comments on security situation in Nigeria.

Seyi Law claimed that the country is safer today than it was a decade ago.

On a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the entertainer praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, highlighting its efforts in tackling banditry and reducing terror attacks.

Seyi Law suggested that these steps mark significant progress compared to previous governments, including the tenure of Goodluck Jonathan.

However, activist Zekeri strongly challenged this view, pointing out that insecurity remains a pressing issue in the nation.

He cited ongoing attacks in the Northeast, the alarming rise in kidnappings, and the deaths of senior military officers as proof that Nigeria is still grappling with serious threats.
Zekeri maintained that Seyi Law is not in tune with reality, a development that obscures the worrisome security challenges in Nigeria

This clash of opinions has reignited public discourse on whether the current government’s policies are truly making Nigerians safer or if the challenges are merely being reframed.
