Wrong Information Given To Senior Advocate Of Nigeria

We have an information that a law firm has written to you to drop a Consent Judgement within 7 days which was delivered in your favour by one of the best judges in Nigeria, Justice L.A.M Folami without anyone appealing or vacating it for over three years when the judgement was given outside the court. How do you react to this?
It is laughable. Most times, we, Ndigbo are the problems of ourselves. Well, I am not blaming the law firm that wrote me based on wrong information.
Look at someone like Robert Obasi, my former personal assistant, who has a baptism name as Judas Iscariot, he is among the people giving wrong information to lawyers and other individuals for a matter they don’t know the beginning.
Now, let me just give you details about how the Consent Judgment was delivered in my favour.
The reason this Ohanaeze Ndigbo faction group is running Helter skelter this time is simply because the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief John Azuta Mbata is a sound lawyer, a successful business man and a notable politician.
He is a man of integrity. Ndigbo has got it right by having him as a leader.
If it were to be some leaders, their prayers everyday would be about how they can open governors’ doors for fat envelopes for their personal pockets and not for the welfare of the people under his leadership.
Chief Mbata is ahead of them.
Robert Obasi and his group cannot deceive him with sugar coated mouth. Chief Mbata knows that Nigerian constitution is bigger than Ohanaeze Ndigbo constitution.
Anything that has to do with law, he knows that court is the final bus stop. So, he is a learned person.
He is like breeze that cannot be caught with hands. Chief Mbata knows how to avoid those people who pursue favour with blackmail and sugar coated mouths.
Now, the high point of the story, undiluted
I was elected in June 2018. This same factional group of Ohanaeze Ndigbo took me to court and also inaugurated their factional president, Nnamdi Nwigwe {Odenjinji} from Anambra state chastising my leadership.
After just a year, he was removed and they inaugurated another person as their president , a retired military Colonel Reuben Nwako, also from Anambra State.
After about two years, Colonel Reuben Nwako stood up one day by himself in the hall where they were holding their meeting and asked his group: Is it because Chief Solomon is from Ebonyi state that we are frustrating his leadership? Colonel Reuben Nwako then resigned.
They then started accusing him that Solomon has bribed him with millions of Naira.
They didn’t stop there. They brought another person called Eric Eze and changed their name to Ohanaeze Assembly.
Seven months to the end of my tenure, the immediate past president who is the leader of this faction, Barrister Fabian Onwughalu came to meet me and pleaded with me that he was very sorry for all they have been doing to frustrate my administration including all the money I had spent to defend myself in court.
He said that he just wanted me to forgive everybody who had been involved in the intimidation act.
He said to me: “You are my in-law. I married from Ebonyi state.” He told me that we are going to come together as Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
He brought their legal adviser, Barrister Chuks Nnalugha who took me to court as a complainant lawyer in 2018 immediately after I was inaugurated.
Barrister Chuks told me that he was going to file every document in the High Court and we will have the Consent Judgement.
I told him that Barrister Fabian Onwughalu has told me that we are going to have a Consent Judgement.
I then informed him that I am not a lawyer and I don’t know what is called Consent Judgement.
I also informed him that I would consult my lawyer which I did and we had a meeting together with some of my executives. I then asked both of them: what role will I play? I asked this question in the presence of my lawyer.
They said to me that they have suffered me so much. They gave me an example of when Chris Ngige was a governor of Anambra State. They said he was in court with Peter Obi. They added that immediately Peter Obi won in court, the judgement stated that Peter Obi would start afresh and run full four year tenure starting from the day the judgement was given.
They now said to me that I should set up an electoral committee and local government election will be conducted. They said all other positions will be contested except the office of the president which will not be contested.
Also, they told me that their own group members will contest for those local government executive positions so that Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos will come together under one umbrella and there would be any faction again in Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos.
I ask them: what of my executives? They said I am the only person in the suit and that if they had won the case , I would have been the only person that will be removed. They said they planned to put an Anambra person as the President.
They said that immediately after the Consent Judgement is given, I will start my four years tenure from that day just like Peter Obi and Ngige in Anambra.
They said that both of them are lawyers and that they cannot deceive me.
Barrister Fabian Onwughalu told me that : You know, you are from Ebonyi and if the judgement had gone against you before now, nobody would have come out from Ebonyi state to ask what happened.
Immediately he said this, it touched me.
They said they just wanted everybody to come under one umbrella. I believed them because nobody asked me for any money that particular day. Then, me and my lawyer said it was okay.
It was my own lawyer and their own layer that filled the whole documents and completed the whole process until the Consent Judgement was given in my favour.
So, anybody saying he doesn’t know about my Consent Judgement is just lying. Even devil, as bad as he is , will say he is not part of this lie by denying that they don’t know about the process that was started from the same lawyer who also filed to end the case .
Immediately that Consent judgement was given with CTC in my favour , Barrister Fabian Onwughalu demanded for an amount of money from me and threatened that If I don’t pay the money, he will make sure he will work with national Ohanaeze to conduct another election in Lagos.
I said go.
I told him that Enugu national has no authority to conduct election in any state chapter. They can only come with one or two persons to observe election in the state. I asked him a question: Is it president of Nigeria that set up electoral committee and conduct election for the state?
Is Ohanaeze constitution bigger than Nigeria’s constitution? After that, he left my office.
So, how they confused Enugu, the national Ohanaeze to come and conduct this illegal election which brought factional president and secretary, Robert Obasi, a judas Iscariot, five months after the Consent Judgement was obtained in High Court Lagos, I don’t know.
Some Ndigbo should be sorry for themselves the way they do things. That is why Mbata is a God given leader for Ndigbo today. I made Robert Obasi, judas Iscariot, my personal assistant when he relocated from Ebonyi to Lagos
I thought he was my personal assistant but I didn’t know that he wanted to be bigger than his master by hook or crook without finishing his training. These are the people giving information to lawyers and individuals.
He was not there when my election was conducted. He didn’t even know that I was in the court.
With Rober Obasi, judas Iscariot, people will continue making mistakes. Even till date, nobody can locate where he is living. He is sleeping from one place to another.
Anybody taking Robert Obasi’s information serious, a judas Iscariot, is toying with his or her integrity.
