Offer opens: Monday, 14 September 2026

Offer closes: Tuesday, 13 October 2026

Offer price: ₦525 per share

Minimum subscription: 10 shares, or ₦5,250

Target raise: ₦2.15 trillion — the largest equity offering in African history.
