<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife Nigeria</a></strong> reports that His Excellency, George Manneh Weah, President, Federal Republic of Liberia, has congratulated Victor Osimhen, the football sensation that recently won trophy for his Napoli club side.<br />
Aside the congratulations, President Weah has also cautioned Osimhen not to &#8220;remove his shirt&#8221; on the field of play after each victory, saying that could earn him a yellow card.<br />
Weah, who also played in the Italian Serial A said such error earned him a yellow card during his playing days.<br />
George Weah&#8217;s congratulatory message titled &#8220;Congratulatory Message To Victor Osimhen,&#8221; is reproduced below</p>
