The photos of male soldiers proposing to their girlfriend have been trending online following the arrest of a female soldier who was recently proposed to by a corps member in Kwara State National Youth Service Corps orientation camp.

A corps member, after NYSC three weeks of orientation exercise in the Kwara State, took his love life to the next level as he proposed to a soldier in the camp.

The corps member in a video went on his knees as he inserted the ring into the finger of the female soldier amid cheers of fellow corps members.

The military officer after receiving the ring admired the ring as she receives hugs and cheers from corp members at the scene.

However, the military officer was reportedly detained by the Nigerian Army.

This action by the military has led many Nigerians to condemn the arrest of the female soldier adding that her counterparts who have done the same thing in the past were not arrested rather praised.
