Unrest in Abuja as Okada riders, traders engage in bloody clash (VIDEO)

Serious unrest has been reported at a popular Building Material market in Dei-Dei, Abuja as Commercial Motorcyclists attacked Traders and burn down several shops.

It was gathered that crisis broke out after a trailer allegedly crushed a woman to death after she fell from a commercial motorbike.

Shop owners were forced to close their shops to avoid being attacked.

Speaking on the matter, Josephine Adeh, spokesperson of the Police in the Federal Capital Territory said the police was yet to get full details on the matter.

“Right now we are there and we are trying to calm the situation down,” Adeh stated.
