<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife Nigeria</a></strong> reports that in a narrative that dwells on the critical question of character and orientation, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos, has, yet again, expressed his concerns about the defining issues in a socio cultural organization he has been building for the benefits of Igbo people</p>
<p><em><strong>We have seen a recent reaction by Ubochi Ubochi where he said that even with the Consent Judgement with CTC, his own faction of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos under Sunday Ossai will keep on converging.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Also, there is a directive from the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB that you, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene{Udochia} is the authentic President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos based on their fact findings. Does it mean that Ubochi Ubochi does not recognize court judgement from a competent jurisdiction including the leadership of MASSOB?</strong></em></p>
<p>Well, this is no longer ignorance but a man who wants to hijack Ohanaeze presidency through the back door by creating confusing.</p>
<p>But if you ask him, he will tell you that he is not interested in being president. He will tell you that what he is doing is philanthropy.</p>

<p>That is the character of the man, Ubochi Ubochi, who labels himself the spokesperson of the illegal structure.</p>
<p>All that glitters is not gold. Do you know about that name and how it presents who Ubochi Ubochi is?<br />
Let me tell you how I met Ubochi Ubochi for the first time.</p>
<p>When I won the election in 2018, the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Eti-Osa local government came to congratulate me .</p>
<p>When they were going out of my house, Ubochi Ubochi stayed back and whispered to me. “I came back from Ireland.”<br />
He narrated how he organized Igbo Day celebrations abroad which attracted some dignitaries.</p>
<p>He also said he would like to take over from me when I completed my tenure. He asked for the contact of the engineer that constructed my swimming pool in my compound in Addo Road, Ajah, Lagos, which I built in 2001.<br />
To tell you the level of his tricks, he is calling Ajah a remote area and he has refused to recognize court judgement.</p>

<p>He is a failed and frustrated businessman who feels that he can start making money from Ohanaeze Ndigbo by tricks.<br />
Do you know how much he has made by fronting himself as the so called spokesperson, defending Sunday Ossai from house to house?</p>
<p>Even if you ask Ubochi to lie down on the express road so that trailer will climb him in order to retain the position he labels himself, he will accept as far as he is making that small money with Sunday Ossai’s name through illegal structure.</p>
<p>He has made it clear to me that whether Chief Azuta Mbata, the President General, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, is a lawyer or not, he cannot stop their illegal structure in Lagos because late Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu and late Professor George Obiozor didn’t stop it. Who is an Ikwerre man to stop them? That is what Ubochi is saying everywhere.</p>
<p>Now, if Ubochi Ubochi does not show respect to Chief Mbata and and Honourable Justice LAM Folami who delivered judgement in my favour with Certified True Copy, CTC.</p>
<p>So, do you think he will respect the MASSOB, under the leadership of Comrade Uchenna Madu?<br />
That is who Ubochi Ubochi is as far as he is pursuing money. But he is always deceiving people that he is comfortable.</p>

<p>Ubochi is taking advantage of the incapacity of Sunday Ossai who is not even capable of being a local government chairman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo.<br />
They supported Sunday Ossai simply because of his sponsor who happens to come from his village.<br />
Now, the man has realized that he was duped by same Ubochi and his co travellers.</p>
<p>They told the man that the Ohanaeze presidency was zoned to his village and that nobody from Nsukka was capable of holding the position of Ohanaeze Ndigbo presidency.<br />
So, the man came up to prove that they have people from their village that are capable of being president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos.</p>
<p>They also told the man that the allocation of Ohanaeze Ndigbo from Lagos state government was N25 million every month.<br />
That was what attracted the man more as a business man.<br />
Even though he was not going to go for it, he decided to sponsor whoever was interested and it was Ossai that came up. And they really sucked him.</p>
<p>But unfortunately, after few months, no kobo came from governor Sanwo-Olu to Ossai and that was when the man realized that he was truly duped by a gang of fraudsters in his own house.<br />
Now, Ubochi Ubochi and other are the man’s first enemies in life.</p>
<p>He retrieved the Sienna car he bought for Ossai.<br />
Today, they have reduced Sunday Ossai to nothing because he even sold the portion of land where he was selling yams in Mile 12, Lagos.<br />
He let out part of his house to church. He cries everytime that the church doesn’t allow him to sleep at night because of their activities.</p>
<p>My media brother, this is not propaganda. I always take my time to say it the way it is without mincing words because of tomorrow.<br />
During the time of late Chief Iwuanyanwu, they will sew a new dress for Ossai and packaged him very well whenever the PG was coming to Lagos.</p>

<p>They would tell him what to say and how to say it .<br />
What they do now is to be using Sunday Ossai to be begging people for money and creating programmes that will not hold.</p>
<p><strong>Ubochi Ubochi said that Chief Damian Okoye, Mrs Violet Obiora, himself and others contributed money to rent the Ohanaeze Ndigbo secretariat in Surulere, Lagos. Is it true?</strong></p>
<p>It is laughable. No matter the level of the wickedness of Everest Ozonweke and his desperation to become president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, he will tell Ubochi Ubochi that he has made a mistake with this statement.<br />
No matter the betrayal of Robert Obasi to me, who was my first personal assistant, he will also sympathize with Ubochi for making such mistake by his statement about secretariat.<br />
This is because he told me that Everest Ozonweke {Onowu} briefed him about how I, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, acquired the secretariat for the first time for Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos.<br />
Now, this was how the contributions to the secretariat were made.<br />
The total money spent in getting and furnishing the secretariat was N13. 5 million.</p>
<p>Chief Damian Okoye {Nanka} brought the sum of N500k which I later paid back to him.<br />
Former women Leader, Mrs Violet Obiora brought another N500k which I also paid back to her.<br />
Chief Sonnex Ohanazoeze {Agujiegbe} brought N1 million.<br />
N500k was first refunded to him and later the balanced 500k was paid back to him, implying that his N1million contribution was completely paid back to him.</p>
<p>Anyone who says his or her money was not paid back till date will have a problem with nature.<br />
Now, where is Ubochi’s and Chris Ohia’s contributions to the letting of Ohanaeze secretariat?</p>
<p>Five months after we assumed office, Ubochi Ubochi and one elderly woman from <a href="https://punchng.com/">Mbiase</a> who is married to a Yoruba person came to the office. That time, I had already set up different committees.<br />
The first one was Prayer Warriors committee for Ohanaeze. The prayer session was holding every Thursday at Ohanaeze secretariat.</p>

<p>The second one was Disciplinary And Dispute Resolution committee. Another was the Think Tank committee.<br />
I mentioned these committees to Ubochi and the other elderly woman and they chose to join the Think Tank Committee.</p>
<p>Ubochi brought 200k and the woman brought another 200k as supports to move Ohanaeze Ndigbo forward.<br />
But I was surprised that just after two months, they came for the refund of their 200k contributions each which I refunded 100 percent to them. Then I stopped calling them for any meetings.</p>
<p>In terms of achievements, connections, properties, contacts all over the world, the distance I give to Ubochi is like trekking from Nigeria to Austrialia even before I became the president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo.</p>
<p>For the avoidance of doubt, the following people knew me before I became President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo: Ogene Nanka, who met me during my exhibition in New York, USA, many years before I became President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo; O. Bassy who was the co ordinator of Igbo Amaka; Chief Oliver Akubueze, {Mmiri} Chief Anslem Njoku {Akeweje}; Chief Chidi Anyaegbu {Chisco motors} and Chief Mike Ume.</p>

<p>others are: Chief Kanu Onuma, admin secretary, Ndigbo Lagos; Kanayo O kanayo; Zack Orji; Senator Musiliu Obanikoro; Chief Edem Duke, former minister of Culture and Tourism; Princess Ada-Ama; Eze John Nwosu, {Eze Ndigbo, Mushin} Andy Moore; His Royal Highness Ebere Ubani; former president, Igbo speaking community in Lagos; Chief Chris Ekwilo {Anya Ndigbo} Honourable Jude Onyeabor; Hon. Geraldine Ikpe; Chief Chris Eze who is the secretary of my foundation, Aguene Art Foundation, Kanu Uguru etc.</p>
<p>These are few of the dignitaries that visited my house before I became President Ohanaeze Ndigbo which Ubochi is calling a remote area.</p>
<p><strong>Ubochi likened you to Uzziah of his time and he quoted 2 Chronicles chapter 26. Can you react to that?</strong></p>
<p>What did I say is Ubochi ‘s name? All that glitters is not gold. It is part of the instrument of fraudsters who quote Bible more than the Pope to deceive people.</p>
<p>He is just referring me to what he told me years back that I have to arrest Oliver Akubueze so that he can give account of the nomination forms they sold during the kangaroo election.</p>
<p>He also included Eze Uche Dimgba and I said no because Eze Okpotemba was not part of the people that sold form.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Oliver Akubueze was the one who brought me to Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Abia people and I cannot be like Robert Obasi who bit the finger that fed him.</p>
<p>The biggest money Robert Obasi has made in Lagos was when I crowned 13 Ebonyians as Ezes in Lagos and he collected bribes from some of them who agreed to bribe him plus the N1 million Ohanaeze gave him under my leadership when he was ejected from where he was living.</p>
<p>He told me that when we arrest Oliver Akubueze, Ossai will run away and that we will just settle Chief Anslem Njoku because that one is very easy to settle.</p>

<p>He said, he will take me to Charles Odunukwe to celebrate me as the best leader Ndigbo has produced in any state chapter of Ohanaeze Ndigbo.</p>
<p>Another thing he said was the amendment of Ohanaeze Ndigbo constitution and that there will be no zoning so that I will hand over to him.</p>
<p>He told me that his first assignment if I hand over to him would be to wipe away anything Eze Ndigbo in Lagos and Eze Uche Dimgba,( Eze Okpotemba} and his gang will run away from Lagos.<br />
That was why I called Ossai for a meeting.</p>
<p>Eze Odumodu and Eze Nicholas {Chairman, Eze Ndi Imo, Lagos} including Honourable Jude Onyeabor were at the meeting at Tantalizers in Surulere. I then suggested to Ossai to be a President Elect under me as the President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos.</p>
<p>Thereafter, I will hand over to him in well organized ceremonies. I took that decision then because of the calibre of jobless people that ganged up to siphon him as well as his sponsor in the name of illegal election.</p>
<p>Now, his sponsor is his greatest enemy. I told Ossai that without my support behind him, he cannot manage those jobless people roaming around him who believe Ohanaeze Ndigbo is business for their survival.</p>
