Tunde Balogun, the care taker chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Lagos State has been described as a liar
OpenLife Nigeria reports that Tukur Mohammed, an American based member of the All Progressives Congress, APC has described the assertion made by Mr. Tunde Balogun, the Caretaker Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State as a liar.
Tukur Mohammed’s reaction came against the backdrop of the out pour of Tunde Balogun who stated in an interview that the ruling APC had an agrreemnt that after the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari, presidential power would shift to South West.
South West Nigeria is peoples by the Yoruba ethic group.
In the interview, Tunde Balogun asserted that the leadership of APC should, as a matter of honesty, honour the agreement of shifting presidential power to South West.
According to him, the agreement was reached during the formative stage of the All Progressives Congress, in 2014.
A group of political parties had united together to form the APC.
Reacting, Mohammed Tukur who intends to contest for the governorship of Kaduna State in 2023 stated that Tunde Balogun is only saying what “He knows nothing about. What does he know about APC? If he is sure of what he said, he should be manly enough to disclose the names of people who reached the so called agreement he is talking about,” he stated.
