Top Nigerian coach dies on football pitch [PHOTO]

A former board member of the Nigeria Squash Federation (NSF), Gad Sambo Yuyu, is dead.

Gad Yuyu, a coach and board member of the Bauchi State Squash Association, passed on on Sunday evening.

A relative, Yuyu Sambo Nehemiah announced his brother’s exit via social networking service, Facebook, on Monday.

“My brother, we can not question God but this too hard on us,” Nehemiah wrote.

The deceased died on the football pitch while playing with his friends. He was said to have stumbled, fell to the ground on his forehead, then there was blood from his nose and ears. Before he could be rushed to the hospital, he gave up the ghost.

Condolence messages have been pouring in for the late squash enthusiast.
