Constituency, timely delivery and durability of our jobs are the edges we have over other construction companies.

When we started in Osun State, some of the jobs we executed enhanced our progress.
That has escalated our name and we now execute contract jobs in almost all the parts of Nigeria.

Once we deliver to our clients, they recommend us to other clients. Our good record has accelerated our progress, We are standing tall in the industry.

How many projects have you executed?

I cannot mention them. They are uncountable. But suffice to mention jobs in federal secretariat, Osun State University events centre, hospitals, duplexes, swimming pool and many more.

What are the processes of your job delivery?

You know, there are processes in all jobs but depending on the type of job.
If it is a building, for instance, the architect will sketch the plan on papers. Then, the paper will be transferred to a civil engineer.

The civil engineer will under take a study of the soil in the site and many other thing before commencing work.

Does Sarneyo Building Construction train people?

Yes, we have trained people in the field of plumbing work, electrical works, building works, block production, iron bending works and many other areas.

Among other things, we have trained students from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, University of Abuja, Ekiti State University etc.

Any challenge?

Yes, finance is always a challenge. The world is changing everyday and the the scope of our construction delivery is also changing.

To stay in business and continuously deliver quality services to our clients, we need to constantly upgrade our equipment and apply the latest technology. All these cost money.

There is also the unending case of area boys who demand all manner of levies from us otherwise, they would either disrupt or destroy our jobs. Government needs to look into all those things.

Both Local, State and Federal Governments should also extend more patronage to companies like Sarneyo Building Construction both in construction jobs and buying quality blocks from our block industry.
