The Federal Government has adjourned the trial of Nnamdi Kanu to 16th February by 1pm to consider the application to squash the charges.
This was after the IPOB leader pleaded not guilty to the 15 count charges filed against him as FG brings in documentary evidence.
Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court said the prosecution must serve the defence lawyer five days before the hearing.

Meanwhile Kanu has defeated the Nigerian government over the fundamental rights suit.
Justice Ben Anya of the High Court sitting in Abia State, rejected the Nigerian government’s challenge of its jurisdiction to hear Kanu’s fundamental rights suit.
