<h4>Syrian Born Nigeria Engineer</h4>

<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife Nigeria</a></strong> reports that a Lagos Federal High Court has adjourned till 18th of June,2024 for trial to commence, of a Syria born Nigeria Engineer,Walid Aslim 69,and his co &#8211; defendant Nassir Attallah 50.</p>
<p>They are alleged to have conspired to commit felony to wit: Forgery,obtaining money under false pretences,unlawful conversion and issuance of dud cheques.</p>
<p>According to a five- count charge filed before the court by the Police Prosecuting Counsel, SP Omo-Osagie, from Zone Two Police Command,it was allegedly stated that sometimes in January 2020,with intent to defraud, obtained credit facilities to the tune of N342 million property of Sky Capital &; Finance Alliance International Ltd by forging a certificate of occupancy.</p>

<p>It was further alleged that Walid Aslim and Nassir Attallah on the same date time and place with intent to defraud did issue a dud cheque to the tune of ten million Naira in favour of Sky Capital&; Financial Allied International ltd and when presented was dishonoured for lack of sufficient fund standing in thier credit.</p>
<p>The two defendants were also alleged to have unlawfully obtained the sum of N342million property of Sky and Financial Allied International Ltd.</p>
