Sir Emeka Offia, Chairman NDIEZE, congratulates KSM On National Convention

 

Sir Emeka Offiah, KSM, the chairman, NDIEZE, Lagos Ohanaeze has congratulated the Supreme Executive Board of Knight of St. Mulumba on its annual convention

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the 2020 edition of the annual convention of Knight of St. Mulumba (KSM), will hold in Asaba, the Delta State capital from Wednesday 25th to Friday 27th November.

In a goodwill message, Sir Emeka Offia  the new Chairman, Council of NDIEZE in Lagos Ohanaeze Ndigbo and a Knight of St. Mulumba (KSM), expressed happiness over the convention.

It takes the special grace of God for this 2020 Knight of St. Mulumba annual convention to hold. The pandemic and the #EndSARS protests would have naturally been a spoiler. But the unending commitment of ‘brothers and sisters’ engineered the possibility,” he said.

Continuing, the advertising expert and businessman further expressed gratitude to governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State for his support for the convention saying “I thank governor Ifeanyi Okowa. I have always known him as a committed man to anything good especially when it concerns ushering light into the socio economic and religious bearings of Nigeria,” he said.

However, a programme of event released to the media by the organising committee states that the ceremony which kicks off on Wednesday, 25th November by 7.00 pm at Hotel Beniza, Asaba.

The organizers disclosed that there will be a welcome dinner for members of the Supreme Executive Board of KSM.
The statement reads:

On Thursday, 26th November, the Supreme Executive Board of KSM will pay a courtesy call on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, in the morning at Government House, Asaba,

Also, on Thursday, the board will pay a courtesy call on the Bishop of Issele-Uku Diocese, Most Rev. Dr Michael Elue and the Asagba of Asaba, Obi Prof. Chike Edozien, while at 6.00 pm, same day, a welcome mass will hold at Emmanuel the Saviour Catholic Church, Opposite High Court Complex, Asaba, at 6.00 pm.

“On Friday, 27th November, 2020, there will be an opening mass at St Patrick’s Catholic Church, West-End, Asaba at 10.00 am, while at the Event Centre, Okpanam Road, Asaba, the State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, will officially declare the convention open at 12 noon same day.
