SDP strengthens its structure in Benue State

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the Benue State chapter of the Social Democratic Party, SDP has strengthened its structure in Benue State ahead in readiness to win elections in subsequent contests.
The State chairman of the party and power behind how SDP strengthens its structure in Benue, Ambassador Dr John Enemari disclosed this to newsmen as part of the commissioning activities of the party’s new secretariat.
Enemari who demonstrates unadulterated commitment to SDP stated that
“SDP will win the next governorship contest in Benue State. We are preparing very well and that is part of the reasons we got a new secretariat for enhanced operational and result oriented activities,” he vowed.
Continuing, Enemari who led SDP to win several wards across Benue State in the last local council elections but was denied victory by the combined forces undemocratic elements emphasized the strength of SDP in the polity which must be nurtured for electoral victories.

“The solutions to Nigeria’s problems is SDP. It is the only party that can unit Nigeria for the needed developments. I am very happy people embracing the horse logo. In Benue State here, the State University was founded by an SDP government. If given opportunity again, Benue will rank among the best in the world,” he said.
In the light of that commitment, the State chairman disclosed that the Benue SDP leadership, in line with its welfare agenda is rolling out supports to the needy.
Among those who have received supports from the party is a physically challenged Mr Agbo Job Liberty who got a modern wheel chair to aide his economic and social mobility.
Enemari further called on president Muhammadu Buhari led federal government to ensure that all citizens enjoy equal rights and social justice.

He stressed that the Governor Ortom led administration should take full responsibilities which includes payment of gratuities and pensions to retired civil servants, “None payment of gratuities and pensions in Benue has killed innocent citizens in the State more than anything else. Therefore, government must consider this as another challenge that needs to be addressed urgently,” he said
