OpenLife Nigeria reports that on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the philanthropist inclination of African leading philanthropist, Ambassador, Alhaji Salamu Amadu, resonated in the Volta Region of Ghana.
On that day, the founder and President of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, fulfilled his commitment to education by generously donating 500 customized exercise books to students in the North Tongu Municipality, Volta Region.

This significant step follows the group’s earlier charitable act of providing relief items to victims of the Akosombo Dam Spillage, showcasing a dedicated effort to support various facets of the community.

Mr. Samuel Okudzeto, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, underscored the importance of Ambassador Salamu Amadu’s donation. He also revealed his commitment to preserving the academic relevance of students through the organization of extra classes.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the pupils, Mr. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa commended Ambassador Salamu for the thoughtful gesture and encouraged others to follow the example set by the Chairman of the Afro-Arab Group.

Ambassador Salamu Amadu, emphasizing the pivotal role of education in shaping the future of the youth, announced plans to fulfill his promise by ultimately donating a total of 1,500 exercise books. The initial contribution of 500 marks a commendable step towards realizing this commitment.

The collaborative efforts to positively impact education in the region were further highlighted by the presence of Alhaji Paapa Angola, who accompanied Ambassador Salamu on this philanthropic endeavor.

Notably, the National Chief Imam of Ghana, His Eminence Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, graced the occasion, witnessing the impactful gesture of Ambassador Salamu Amadu in enhancing education in North Tongu.
