Rwandan Lady In Trouble

OpenLife Nigeria has gathered that a Rwandan woman, RwaMugabekazi Lilliane, has been arrested and charged with public indecency after wearing a revealing dress at a concert by popular French musician Tayc in Kigali on the 9th August 2022.
Reports say the beautiful lady is 24 years old.
She is currently in jail as she wait to hear her fate in court.
“She is suspected to have committed public indecency,” the spokesman for the prosecution, Faustin Nkusi, told AFP, adding that the court would announce on Tuesday whether she would receive bail.
News of the arrest sparked outrage among some Rwandans, but government officials including former justice minister Johnston Busingye backed the move, according report.
In the estimation of public affairs analysts, Rwanda appears to be fixing the country politically, morally and economically under the leadership of President Paul Kagame.
With a population of 13,634,426 as of Friday, August 19, 2022 based on Worldometer elaboration of the latest United Nations, Rwanda is a landlocked country in the Great Rift Valley of Central Africa, where the African Great Lakes region and Southeast Africa converge.
Located a few degrees south of the Equator, Rwanda is bordered by Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Majority of Rwandans, about 65%, are Roman Catholic, with another 9% Protestant.
Only about 1% of the population is Muslim. About a fourth of Rwandans are adherents of indigenous beliefs.
