OpenLife Nigeria reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin, has congratulated President-elect Donald Trump.
Information available to OpenLife stated that Putin, in a speech overnight, said he is ready to meet and resume relations with the United States of America.
The Russian President is also quoted to have said that “new world order” is forming.
The “new world order‘ in the estimation of public affairs analysts implies varying meanings, indicating shift of policies in the months ahead.
