The Edo State Police Command has arrested three men for allegedly sodomizing a 20-year-old man in ikpoba okha LGA Edo state.
The Edo state command of Nigeria police has Arrested 3 gays suspects namely Olu Marcus “M” 24, Mustapha Buni 26 “M” And Clifford Eze 25 “M” of no 8 lucky way in ikpoba okha local government area of Edo for homosexuality and Allegedly raping one Emmanuel Chuks on December 11th, 2014.
The suspects are students of the University of Benin. Olu Marcus male from Ekiti state, Mustapha Buni from Kebbi state, and Clifford Eze from Anambra state, the suspects who reside at no 8 lucky way Benin City, in a 3 bedroom apartment, the suspects were arrested by operatives attached to oregbene police station.
The command said the diseases Emmanuel chucks was a friend to one of the suspected gay Olu Marcus who was a secondary school classmate to one Emmanuel chucks who reside in no 92 Dawson road Benin City, Emmanuel was invited by Marcus and paid his transportation fare to his place in lucky way Benin City, promising to help him get admission into the University of Benin, but trouble broke out when olu Marcus made frantic attempt to have carnal knowledge of the invitee who had spent 2 days with him, the guest, Emmanuel, who resisted him, made Effort to Escape but was resisted with the help of 2 others who are Mustapha and Clifford.
Emmanuel who was raped and beaten by the suspects and assaulted severely before the residents of the neighborhood alerted the police, the disease Emmanuel chucks who confessed to the men of the Nigeria police in an undisclosed hospital in Benin City, that one Ordia Newton “M”, is a member of the gay group who has been assaulting him before the incident took place.
In a press briefing on 14th December 2014 by the Edo command of the police and cooperation of Mustapha Buni who also basically confessed that he was introduced to gayism, and he has been having sex with one Ordia Newton “M” a student of University of Benin, who is from Igueben local government of Edo state, Mustapha who said Ordia Newton his boyfriend was not around the night the raped incident took place. Due to his confession, the men of Nigeria police swing into action and invaded the home of Ordia Newton but Escape an arrest.
The suspect Ordia Newton is hereby wanted by the Nigeria police force with issues of homosexuality conduct a criminal offense which requires a jail term of 14 years in imprisonment according to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The police seek the cooperation of law-abiding Nigerians from North, west south, and east wherever they find this individual, they should report the Nearest police station or any other security Agency for possible arrest and prosecution.
