Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria declares BLACK SUNDAY for Lekki EndSARS victims

&NewLine;<p>Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria &lpar;PFN&rpar;&comma; Delta State&comma; has declared Sunday&comma; 25th October&comma; 2020&comma; as &&num;8220&semi;Black Sunday&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The declaration is in solidarity with the slain youths during the peaceful protest at the Lekki Toll Gate&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Many youths died in the struggle to liberate Nigeria from the shackles of oppression&comma; police brutality and corruption&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The Pentecostal body stated this in a release signed by the State Chairman&comma; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Bishop <&sol;a>Kingsley Enakirerhi of the Heroes of Faith Ministry&comma; Ughelli&comma; and the secretary Bishop Willie Abos&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;The State Chairman of PFN Bishop Kingsley Enakirerhi has declared Sunday 25th October&comma; 2020 to be Black Sunday&period; This is in solidarity and sympathy with the families of those that lost their lives during the <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;wsj&period;com">ENDSARS<&sol;a> Protest&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The statement directed that&comma; &&num;8220&semi;All leaders and members of pentecostal churches in the state are to wear black to church&period; Sunday 25th&comma; October&comma; 2020 church services are to close by 10&colon;30 am&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>It stated further that&comma; members of each church should meet from 11-12 pm for prayers&period; Biblical reading should be  drawn from 1st <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Thessalonians<&sol;a> 5&colon;18 and Rom&period;8&colon;28&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>According to the statement&comma; the churches are to pray&comma; thanking God for the protest and all that happened&period; Thank <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">God <&sol;a>for the youths of this nation&period; Thank God for the families of those that lost their lives during the ENDSARS protest&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>PFN also directed prayers for a new Nigeria free from social vices and oppression&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>It equally called for prayers for the end and burial of nepotism&comma; wickedness&comma; bad leadership and killing by Boko Haram and usher in the celebration of a new Nigeria&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
