Oyinye Chime, boyfriend murder suspect, arrested

&NewLine;<p>Oyinye Chime&comma; prime suspect in the murder of 29 years old Eleyi Azubuike in Anambra State has been arrested&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>According to a statement by the Command’s spokesman&comma; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Superintendent Haruna Mohammed&comma;<&sol;a> Ogidi Division got a report on September 2 at about 10 pm about the alleged murder of  Eleyi Azubuike&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p> The incident allegedly happened at Ochiagha street&comma; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Nkpor in Idemili North <&sol;a>Local Government Area of <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;thisdaylive&period;com">Anambra State<&sol;a>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>He was allegedly murdered by his 25 years old girlfriend&comma; Oyinye Chime inside his room&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Following the report&comma; Police detectives attached to Ogidi Division led by the <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">DPO CSP Ekuri Remigius<&sol;a> visited the scene&period; The victim was found in a pool of his blood&period; He was rushed to Iyi Enu Mission Hospital for medical attention&period; He was later certified dead by the medical doctor on arrival&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Corpse was deposited at the hospital mortuary for autopsy&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Careful observation on the deceased body revealed a stab wound on his chess&period; A blood-stained kitchen knife was also recovered as Exhibit at the scene&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; preliminary investigation revealed that the deceased allegedly impregnated the suspect&period; He was said not to be interested and recommended abortion&period; However&comma; that suggestion hit Oyinye on the wrong side&period; She refused&period; She was said to have demanded some money  for her upkeep&period; The deceased was said to have refused&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>According to the story&comma; that eventually led to a scuffle which resulted to the deceased being stabbed to death&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The case is under investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
