OpenLife Nigeria reveals that Oxford International Group, a subsidiary of Oxford Holdings, Nigeria’s fastest-growing conglomerate, has launched its Independence Awoof Promo.
With the Independence Awoof Promo, Oxford International Group is offering a 50% price discount on lands across seven of its prime estate locations.
The 50% discount can be accessed on land plots of standard 500sqm in seven housing estates located in Lagos and its environs. These locations are Providence Court, Ibeju-Lekki; Goldville Estate Iju, Ota; Oxford HillCity Estate Ikola, Ipaja; Grandville Estate II Ibafo; Kings Court, Ayobo, Graceville Estate, Ijebu, and Globalville Estate, Agbara.
The promo which kicked off on the 1st of October, 2021 and ends on the 31st of October, 2021 is in furtherance of the company’s promise to help Nigerians secure landed properties at affordable prices and build their dream homes.
The Managing Director, Mr. Goodluck Olatunde told Urban-Express-News that the aim of the promo offer is simply a gesture by the company to make more people landlords at an affordable price while also reducing the housing deficit in the country.
He further stated that “Oxford is committed to reducing the housing deficit in the country by increasing the number of people who are homeowners. With customer-centric promos like the Independence Awoof Promo, we are creating an ever-increasing list of landowners who have been able to take advantage of the affordable cost of lands that we have on offer.
We decided to pick the month of October which is the month of Independence Anniversary commemoration so we can give more Nigerians reasons to celebrate while commemorating the country’s Independence anniversary”
“We know that this promo will put lasting smiles on the faces of a lot of Nigerians as they will become proud owners of their own lands,” Mr. Goodluck said.
He said the lands in all the estates have government-recognized land titles of Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) and registered surveys. The estates also have well-designed layout with all needed infrastructure and ancillary services.
According to him, in order to guarantee individuals of their land purchase, documents including deed of agreement, allocation letter, offer letter and receipt will be issued to all those who take advantage of the offer.
