OpenLife Nigeria reports that as the clock ticks away for the crucial match between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and the Squirrels of Benin Republic slated to hold at the Stade Charles de Gaulle in Porto-Novo, the coach of the Beninoise side, Michel Dussuyer, says his utmost ‘our’ mission is to create problem for the Super Eagles.
The match which is qualifying match for AFCON Cameroun 2022, will kick off at 5 pm today, barley three hours away.
“we have respect for this team of Nigeria because it’s a big team in Africa and we know what’s the danger, they have very good strikers and technically they are very strong, so we expect a tough game and we will do our best to create problem to this team and do get a good result,” Dussuyer said.

The Super Eagles currently top the group with 8 points, while Benin closely follows with 7 points from the same number of matches. In today’s encounter, draw or win would earn the Super Eagles a ticket to the tournament but if they succumb to the Squirrels, then they would have to fight to the last qualification match against Lesotho in Lagos three days later.
