<h4>Okey Bakasssi Clarifies Death Of Afrobeats Star<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that Okechukwu Anthony Onyegbule&comma; popularly known as Okey Bakassi&comma; in the entertainment industry has offered clarifications on the death of Afrobeats star&comma; Ilerioluwa Aloba&comma; popularly knowns as Mohbad&comma; who died mysteriously on September 12&comma; 2023&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Speaking on Arise TV Sunday morning&comma; the 53 years old Nigerian stand-up comedian and actor&comma; who won the &&num;8220&semi;Best Actor in a Leading Role&&num;8221&semi; category at the 2014 edition of the Best of Nollywood Awards&comma; said there is no industry across the globe without drama&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He noted that there undeniable under belly dirt in the entertainment industry&comma; some of which are coming into the public space as a result of the death of 27 years old Mohbad&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Expatiating his points&comma; Okey Bakassi pointed out that a gang group&comma; in the United States of America&comma; allegedly consumed Tupac Amaru Shakur&comma; also known by his stage names 2Pac and Makaveli&comma; an American rapper&comma; widely considered one of the most influential and successful rappers of all time&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;vanguardngr&period;com&sol;">Born on June 16&comma; 1971in East Harlem&comma; New York&comma; Shakur&comma; rated as among the best-selling music artists&comma; died on September 13 &comma; 1996 at the University Medical Center&comma; Las Vegas&comma; United States&period;<&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He however stressed that in this clime&comma; celebrities try to live &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;exaggerated” life which conceals the realities of the depressions they go through&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;It takes Mohbad’s death for Nigerians to discover the real dirty in the entertainment industry&comma; ” he stated&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He explained further that Nigerians have glamorized the use of drugs and celebrated drug addicts&period; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;No action was taken&period; We all feel cool with it&period; Now the bubble has burst” he said&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
