OpenLife News reports that the Nigeria-South Africa Chamber of Commerce (NSACC) has met with the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) to strengthen development partnership and strategic collaboration.
The courtesy visit, which is part of NSACC’s stakeholder engagement initiatives, was led by the Chairman of the Chamber, Dr. Ije Jidenma, with a ten-member delegation.
The team was warmly received by the Deputy National President of NACCIMA, Asiwaju (Dr.) Olawale Cole, the Director-General, Mr. Sola Obadimu, and other members of the NACCIMA management team.
The meeting was highly successful, providing a platform for both organisations to discuss areas of mutual interest, including advocacy, private-sector collaboration, business development, networking, and initiatives that deliver practical value to members of both bodies.
The President of NACCIMA, Engr. (Dr.) Janice Ibrahim, who had returned from a trip earlier that morning, also joined the engagement, underscoring the importance attached to the partnership.
NACCIMA expressed willingness to collaborate with NSACC and explore practical areas of partnership going forward.
As next steps, NSACC will sustain engagement with NACCIMA and identify specific areas for collaboration that will translate into tangible benefits for members, including joint programmes, business networking opportunities, advocacy initiatives, and private-sector engagements.
Overall, the courtesy visit was described as impactful and strategically beneficial, strengthening NSACC’s relationship with NACCIMA and opening the door for deeper institutional collaboration.
