<p><strong>The <a href="http://Openlife.ng">Nigerian Police Force</a> on Tuesday shared some security tips for commuters and passengers amid the rising insecurity, kidnappings and ritual killings.</strong></p>
<p>CSP Muyiwa Adejobi spoke in a video posted on the NPF official Facebook page.</p>
<p>He urged commuters and passengers to:</p>
<p><strong>1) Board or patronize branded commercial vehicles as approved by your respective state government.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2) Take note of number plates of private or commercial vehicles you are boarding and share with family, relatives and friends.</strong></p>
<p><strong>3) Avoid taking free rides also known as lifts.</strong></p>
<p><strong>4) Be careful of vehicles you want to board. Do not rush into boarding vehicles you are not sure of. Take your time and assess the vehicles before boarding.</strong></p>
<p><strong>4) Always stand and make use of government-approved and designated parks and garages. Always stand at registered bus stops.</strong></p>
<p><strong>5) When you order cabs, Uber, Bolt online, ensure the number online is correlating with the one on the cab that has come to pick you. When you notice that both numbers are different, please cancel the ride.</strong></p>
