OpenLife Nigeria reports that legendry writer and educationalist of note, Nana S. Achampong, will this September unveil his new novel “A Taste of the Serpent’s Kiss.”

A Taste of the Serpent’s Kiss is a 250-page story about a routine market fire in Wa in the Upper West Region of Ghana that leads to the discovery of stashed arms.

An investigative journalist, aided by his junior colleague, digs into it only to uncover a widespread conspiracy involving people close to him.

As the duo suffer pushback and orchestrated persecution, feelings for each other grows as their reports galvanize the nation to civil action against a corrupt system, ending up shaking the very foundations of the establishment.

Nana S. Achampong was born in Cape Coast, Ghana.

He is a life-long media practitioner and educator who has worked in the fields of journalism, public relations, advertising, marketing, events, the visual arts and literature in Ghana, the United Kingdom and the United States.
