OpenLife Nigeria reports that on Saturday, July 23, Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, SIEC, conducted election into the 25 council areas of the oil rich State.
The ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP won all the Charirmsnsip positions.
Below is the list of the new council chairmen and their respective council areas
