OpenLife Nigeria reports that the General Secretary of Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria, MOUN, Comrade Ade Ikuesan, has been honoured with a Fellowship Award of the Michael Imoudu National Institute of Labour Studies, MINILS.
The National Institute is a government-owned labour institute established in 1986 in Ilorin, Nigeria.
Managed by the Federal Ministry of Labour, the foundation of the Institute was laid in Ilorin during the second Republic by the then civilian President Shehu Shagari on 4th May, 1983 while the establishment of the Institute was enunciated in the 1975 National Labour Policy and Plan.
The Fellowship of the Institute was awarded to Comrade Ade Ikuesan in May 2023, but the decoration held on March 8, 2024 in Abuja.
