More Troubles For Tonto Dikeh Over “Deliverance”
OpenLife reports that Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh is back in the spotlight, but this time, it’s not for acting or music it’s her latest deliverance video that’s sparking chatter online.
During her weekly outreach, the actress visited a school and performed a deliverance session on a young student, explaining how God “delivered her from the Marine world” so she could help others.
But not everyone is impressed. Nigerian comedian I Go Save took to Instagram to call out Tonto, questioning her priorities.
According to him, she’s focusing on a primary school student while ignoring bigger issues:
“politicians allegedly piloting this country into poverty and milking our National treasures.”
His words were sharp and unapologetic:
“You leave the plenty politicians piloting this country into poverty and milking our National treasures that are your friends; Na small girl wey dey primary school you see to go deliver.”
I Go Save didn’t stop at criticism. He also suggested Tonto might be chasing online attention:
“I know you like seeking attention, but pls calm down… Because we never really even sure say your call them even pick am sef. You dey wan go shook finger for the small girl eyes in the name of healing.
Abi na YouTube missionary views hustle you don start so?”
