<li>Establish and maintain fluid metrics (mud, cement &; completion fluid) for all the rigs and all relevant categories, maintain inventory, process invoices and develop well recaps.</li>
<li>Monitor Warehouse products to maintain sufficient levels, attend all meetings including mooring rig call ins, HSE, risk assessment, root cause analysis, vendors, drilling superintendents, presentations etc.</li>

<li>Plan/Design drilling programs in accordance with industry recognized technical criteria and applicable drilling regulations, to achieve exploration objectives in a safe and cost effective manner.</li>
<li>Prepare budget and monitor costs.</li>
<li>Ensure procedures are technically valid and applicable to the specific well conditions.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate well conditions in conjunction with the Field Engineers.</li>
<li>Initiate other management systems or procedures as required during the program.</li>
<li>Communicate with Service Contractors about technical issues and any changes in the drilling program.</li>
<li>Provide offshore drilling engineering support.</li>
<li>Provide support to clients and field engineers during drilling activities.</li>

<li>Demonstrate communication skills, technical maturity and flexibility to adjust to change.</li>
<li>Good data management and computer literacy.</li>
<li>Requires ability to read and interpret information well logs and interpret directional survey information and other well-site data.</li>
