Mark Freeman Supports Orphanage At 50

<p><em>Mark Freeman marks 50th birthday with the needy<&sol;em><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> has gathered that Mark Freeman&comma; a leading Ghanaian philanthropist is 50 years old&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;As part of the activities&comma; this online medium gathered that he made huge donations to Assurance for the Needy Orphanage as part of his 50th birthday celebration<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The distinguished philanthropist who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Atani Clearing Service&comma; Mr Mark Freeman&comma; joined the children at the Assurance for the Needy Orphanage home in teshie&comma; Accra&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The celebration which took place at the forecourt of the orphanage home on Friday&comma; April 9 2021 saw the likes of the former member of Parliament for the ledzokuku constituency Dr Benard Okoe- Boye&comma; former classmates of Mr Freeman from the Achimota&comma; friends and family members saw in a branded white shirts with a logo of the description of &&num;8216&semi;Mark <strong>Freeman<&sol;strong> At 50&&num;8242&semi; on the left-hand side and a symbol of April born on the right side of the shirt&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The celebrant&comma; Mark Freeman presented&comma; items worth thousands of Ghana cedis including Foodstuff such as Rice&comma; Cooking Oil&comma; Tin Tomatoes&comma; Frozen Chicken and a cheque of GH¢5000&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Aside from him supporting the home&comma; his friend who doubles as the MC of the occasion and former classmate of Achimota School &lpar;Motown Boys&rpar; also presented a cheque of GH¢3000 to support the health status of some two kids&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>There was a choreography performance from the kids&comma; where artwork was given to them by the business mogul&&num;8217&semi;s beautiful two daughters for God&&num;8217&semi;s protection&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>When asked in an interview what giving means to him&comma; Mr Freeman disclosed that &&num;8220&semi;he feels blessed whenever he gives and giving keeps him going&&num;8221&semi;&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Emphasising that giving is good and there are more blessings in giving than receiving as the Bible says&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He then seized the opportunity to urge his friends and everyone to help support the needy in society to eradicate poverty in the society and the country as a whole&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>With about one hundred and twenty under the care of the orphanage&comma; Rev Enoch Yartey-Quaye Mensah&comma; the director and founder of the orphanage revealed that only fifty-four are presently residing at the orphanage while the rest are living with guardians due to lack of facilities to accommodate them&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8221&semi; We have a total number of 120 children but because of inadequate infrastructure some are living with their guardians but we take care of their feeding&comma; schooling&comma; hospital bills and clothing&period; We have rented an apartment at the back of the home where the grown-ups are&period; They equally enjoy everything the kids here enjoyed&period; We have also acquired a plot of land nearby which we are hoping to do something soon and moved&&num;8221&semi;&comma; he said&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;This donation will go down well in our remembrances because no one has donated a freezer to us before&period; For the past seventeen years&comma; all the donors who come into our aid normally come with food items and toiletries&comma; so we are excited&&num;8221&semi;&comma; he started<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Rev Mensah seized the moment to thank Mr Mark Freeman and his friends for their kind gesture and prayed to God to bless them with more and long life&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em><strong>Source&colon; Queen Diamond<&sol;strong><&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;
