Lancelot Imasuen’s ISFF Honors, Bestows Grand patronship On Distinguish, Eminent Nigerians

<h4>Lancelot<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that Edo State born Africa&&num;8217&semi;s most consistent movie maker and Cultural Ambassador&comma; Chief Dr&period; Lancelot Oduwarene Imasuen&&num;8217&semi;s led International Students Film Festival&comma; ISFF&comma; will be honoring some prominent Nigerians at the inaugural edition of International award ceremony&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Known for celebrating legends&comma; honoring prominent Nigerians who has given and are still giving back to the people&comma; Lancelot Imasuen over the weekend at the prestigious premier University&comma; Igbinedion University&comma; Okada&comma; Edo State from Thursday October 12 to Sunday 15th&comma; 2023&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>One of those to be honored is Princess Rosemary Osula Mku-Atu&semi; the founder and president of Rosula Foundation&comma; a non-governmental organisation &lpar;NGO&rpar; that has become the harbinger of hope for thousands – struggling with socio-economic challenges around the world&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>An epitome of beauty and brain&comma; Princess Mku-Atu has been variously described as an accomplished business mogul&comma; a role model extraordinaire&comma; an educationist par excellence&comma; and an invaluable African-doting mother&comma; whose life has become&comma; in our times&comma; the true definition of a mother’s sacrifices&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Princess Mku-Atu who as we speak has over 5&comma;000 indigent students under her scholarship scheme has demonstrated a renewed hope and a massive way of nurturing the young ones through her life and dedication to uplifting the lives of others&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Her social interventions have received accolades both within and outside Nigeria and Africa at large&comma; particularly in local communities where living has become almost unbearable&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>These were some of the reasons why ISFF is honoring her as a grandpatron of this movement that will see the young ones finding their roots in the development of Nigeria&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Aside Dr&period; Rosula&comma; many other prominent Nigerians who has excelled in their various field of endeavors will be honored and bestowed on grand patronship award&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Those in this category includes&semi; Legendary Nollywood Star Actor&comma; Chief Pete Edochie&semi; a movie legend who has featured and produced different hit movies&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Former Governor&comma; Edo State&comma; Chief Lucky Igbinedion&semi; a philanthropist&comma; educationist&comma; an accomplished businessman and politician&semi; Legendary Nollywood Director&comma; Andy Amenechi&semi; Legendary Nollywood Actor&comma; Francis Onwochei&semi; Legendary Nollywood Actor&comma; Zik Zulu Okafor&semi; Legendary Nollywood Producer&semi; Sir Rob Emeka Eze&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Lancelot Imasuen&&num;8217&semi;s ISFF will also be honoring Legendary Nollywood Actor&semi; Sam Dede&semi; Nollywood Star Actor&comma; Sanni Muazu&semi; and Legendary Nollywood Star Actress and movie amazon Joke Silva&comma; as Patrons of the world&&num;8217&semi;s acclaimed award&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Starting from Thursday October 12 to Sunday 15th&comma; 2023&semi; over 250 student made films have been submitted from across the globe&semi; including Nigeria&comma; Ghana&comma;  Cameron&comma;  Kenya&comma;  Spain and many others&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Also&comma; the management of ISFF has after a robust scrutiny selected four Jury Members who were Nollywood scholars and practitioners from various Institutions and Film institutes for the movies screening&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>And these Jury members&comma; after a meticulous assessment of the films have presented 37 films selected from Africa and 22 from outside Africa for screening&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The highlight of the event will be the award presentation&comma; which would be endowed by Nollywood legends and prominent Edo sons and daughters&comma; namely&comma;  Captain Dr&period; Hosa Okunbo Memorial Award for Best Student Overall Film&period; Chico Ejiro Memorial Award for Best Student Director&comma; Sadiq Baba&comma; HRM Chief Dr&period; Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion&comma; Liz Benson and several others&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
