<h4>Keyamo Talks About What He Will Do With Previous Aviation Road Map<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that Festus Keyamo&comma; newly appointed Minister of Aviation has disclosed what he would do with the previous road map in the Ministry&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>This followed the inauguration of Ministers by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday&comma; August 21&comma; at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa&comma; Abuja&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Keyamo&comma; who has assumed duty&comma; has pledged to make transparency his watchword&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He said&comma; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;I have read the roadmap&comma; the one developed in 2016&comma; I read it thoroughly&comma; our intention is not to disrupt things that have been done so well if there are things that have not been done so well&comma; we will look at it thoroughly&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We may have to add to the roadmap but not pull it down totally because I know it was a product of a roundtable&comma; so if it was well thought out&comma; I like the structure that I saw”&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He further stated that his appointment by President Bola Tinubu was not a mistake&comma; noting that he intends to get briefings from departments and agencies in the next few days and come up with their own proposals to develop the sector&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Speaking earlier on behalf of the Directors and staff of the Ministry&comma; Permanent Secretary&comma; Dr&period; Emmanuel Meribole expressed happiness and preparedness of staff to work with the Minister&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyQuote;&OpenCurlyQuote;We know you are here to continue the good work of Mr&period; President as concerns the aviation sector and we assure you of our commitment to make sure we delivered our mandate&period;’’<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He assured the minister that the staff of the Ministry is committed to giving him all the needed support to succeed in his mandate&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
