OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT AND OPEN DECLARATION OF 100% SUPPORT FOR SENATOR. IKE EKWEREMADU TO CONTEST FOR ENUGU STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION 2023.

We members of the above body do hereby officially endosre and support the Governorship ambition of Senator Ike Ekweremadu as we approach 2023. We are very proud and pleased to declare Senator Ike Ekweremadu fit and eminently qualified to contest for Enugu State Governorship Election 2023.

There is a debate in the south-east state about rotating the governorship to Enugu east after the tenure of Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, governor of Enugu, who is from Enugu north. But Ekweremadu described the zoning arrangement as a “treachery of politics”, adding that there is no such in the state. Some people have accused Senator Ike Ekweremadu of being a product of zoning. We clearly and openly wish to state that Senator Ike Ekweremadu was never a product of zoning, if we had anything like zoning in place, Senator. Ike Ekweremadu won’t be in the senate five times. People must stop manipulating the truth. How did Senator Ike Ekweremadu find his way to the Senate five times if we had anything called zoning in place?

Senator Ike Ekweremadu is fit and eminently qualified to contest for Enugu State Governorship Election 2023. We are behind him and will do our best and all what it takes to ensure he emerges victorious as the next democratically elected governor of Enugu State. We have listened to Senator Ike Ekweremadu speak and we have deep knowledge and advanced idea about his fabulous profile. He is a product of refind democratic character. A distinguished Senator with established track record of excellence in whom we are well pleased with.

Ekweremadu said if elected, he would set up an independent security outfit that would complement the existing security structures in place to ensure that the state’s security challenges become a thing of the past. He also set a six month target to solve the perennial water scarcity in the state, especially in Enugu metropolis. He will definitely fullfil that promise and equally offer a lot more of democratic dividend of democracy. We hereby officially endosre and declare our unlimited support for Senator Ike Ekweremadu to contest for Enugu State Governorship Election 2023.
