I Am Ready To Serve If Tinubu Offers Me Opportunity
OpenLife Nigeria reports that a former presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Nicolas Felix, has declared his intention to serve in the cabinet of Bola Ahmed Tinubu if he is offered the opportunity.
Nicolas Felix, 37, a United States-based Nigerian pastor of the Miracle Church International, had obtained the expensive APC’s N100m expression of interest form but stepped down for Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo who eventually lost to Bola Tinubu in the primary election.
Speaking on Arise TV Tuesday morning, Nicholas, who later served as the deputy national youth co ordinator in the APC campaign organization, made it unequivocally clear that he is ready to serve in Tinubu’s government if he is offered an opportunity.
“It is up to Tinubu. I want to serve. I am ready to serve if Tinubu gives me opportunity,” the Edo State born politician stated.
Speaking further, Nicholas alluded to the information in the public space that Tinubu is considering the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, for the post of Chief of Staff saying Tinubu needs someone like Gbajabiamila who he said has garnered enough experience to assist Tinubu in achieving quality results.
“Tinubu is a man who believes in diversity. He believes in men, women and youth. He demonstrated that at Chatham House where he shared questions to his trusted and capable supporters. Gbajabiamila has learned the rope in the House and he is good for the job,” he stated.
