<p>“I am proud of Yobe State youths. They are our greatest assets.”</p>



<p>They are the exhilarating words of  ;Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe  ;State over the manner the youths have conducted themselves peacefully in the face of rising #EndSars  ;protests across Nigeria.</p>



<p>The Governor made this disclosure when addressing Yobe&#8217;s <a href="https://openlife.ng/">APC</a> stakeholders meeting in Damaturu.</p>



<p>He commended the youths  ;for unequalled  ;patriotism</p>



<p>“I like to especially appreciate our youth for their sense of reasoning and resilienceto the challenges of the EndSARS protests. You have individually and collectively done us proud.</p>



<p>Continuing, the <a href="https://www.dailytrust.com.ng">governor</a> said, “I also salute you for your ingenuity in organizing prayer sessions. You prayed for an end to the protests and peace to reign in Nigeria. You have proven to be different and unique.&#8221;</p>



<p>The acting national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC,  ;equally appreciated traditional and religious leaders. He thanked elder statesmen, parents, and guardians for always preaching peace and peaceful coexistence in the communities.</p>



<p>Said he: &#8220;My administration would continue to build dialogue and strategic engagements to resolve all differences and promote peace in the state.&#8221;</p>



<p>Earlier in his remarks, Mr Abubakar Aliyu, Minister of State for Works and Housing, appreciates President Muhammandu Buhari&#8217;s prompt response to the demands of the ‘End SARS’ ; Youths Movement .</p>
