How Police Aided Kogi Council Chair To Rig Election

OpenLife Nigeria reports that though the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced winners in the presidential and National Assembly elections which held across Nigeria on February 25, controversial issues, which centre on rigging are still emerging.
Among the latest video evidence of manipulations that defined the election is the manner Chairman, Adavi local government area of Kogi state, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami destroyed votes already indicated in ballot papers believed to be in favour of another candidate of another party.

In the video, Police officers with guns watched and guarded the council chairman destroy all the  ballot papers already thumb- print which were votes against APC.
Omuya Salami who is said to be a staunch loyalist of governor Yahaya Bello in the All Progressives Congress, APC stock, is said to be one of the agents with capacity to manipulate the upcoming Kogi guber contest in Adavi Council Area which has 11 wards
