Harrysong Demands Public Apology from Ex Wife, Alexer, Or Face N1 Billion Lawsuit

Harrysong Demands Public Apology from Ex Wife

OpenLife Nigeria reports that Nigerian musician Harrysong has escalated his ongoing feud with estranged wife Alexer Peres, issuing a legal ultimatum over her recent claims of emotional abuse.

The singer, through his attorneys, sent a cease and desist letter demanding that Alexer retract her statements or face a lawsuit seeking N1 billion in damages.

Alexer publicly shared a screenshot of the legal notice on her Instagram story, revealing the singer’s conditions: a public apology or a massive monetary penalty within 14 days, failing which further legal action could follow, including equitable remedies.

In response, Alexer accused Harrysong of avoiding a direct confrontation while allegedly using close associates to influence public opinion.

“Sending your friends and sisters to post lies as damage control.
Hiding behind the camera.
Why don’t you use your own page to spread the lies yourself, yet na you still bring another letter for me today, suing me for 1 billion naira if I don’t come out to debunk and apologise after 14 days.

Omo na wa smh,” she wrote.

The tension comes in the wake of Alexer’s emotional video, where she disclosed her decision to temporarily give up custody of their two children. She described it as one of the hardest choices she has ever made, attributing it to years of stress since separating from the singer.

Alexer accused Harrysong of repeated harassment, including showing up at her home unannounced, making it increasingly difficult to maintain a stable environment for their children.

Harrysong has denied all allegations, emphasizing that his silence was a conscious effort to protect both Alexer and their children.

“I have always been an active and present father who continues to provide for my children,” he stated,
adding that the narrative against him is both painful and potentially damaging to his career, which ultimately supports his family.

Despite his defense, the dispute appears far from over. Alexer recently claimed that Harrysong manipulates situations involving their children to garner public sympathy.
She remains steadfast, asserting her determination to fight for both her children and her truth.

The escalating clash between Harrysong and Alexer Peres not only spotlights the complexities of high-profile separations but also raises critical questions about privacy, parental responsibility, and the intersection of fame with family life.

In a saga where both parties insist they are protecting their children, the public is left watching as personal grievances unfold on a very public stage, proving that the impact of celebrity disputes often extends far beyond the headlines.
