OpenLife Nigeria reports that Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, has warmly congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for winning the Governor of the Year Award, bestowed on him by the management of the THISDAY Newspaper and ARISE Television.
Dr. Osuoza stated in a congratulatory message that the award is a confirmation of the amazing transformation of Delta State by governor Oborevwori which has been acknowledged globally as impactful.
