Ghana’s Gospel Star, James Mireku Pays Tribute To Rev. Ferdinand Martinson Larbi

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the son of the legendary gospel musician Elder Dr Akwasi Mireku has paid a tribute to Martinson Larbi who contributed vigorously to the creative arts industry.

It would be recalled that James Mireku who is emulating the steps of his Dad featured the late Rev. Ferdinand Martinson LARBI on his Africa is Home project.

THE FULL TRIBUTE

When I requested for his kind collaboration on the ‘Africa is Home’ project, Sir Martinson Larbi couldn’t hide his excitement and willingness to add his inputs to the production.

In fact, he gave the production process another level with his extraordinary legendary lyrical touch and musical ideas; It’s humbling it came out well.

Now I’m super emotional as I write this post because the lyrics of this song seem to have been his final words to bid us an eternal goodbye;

“Yenfa odo mbom
Yenfa Odo ntena
Wonsuom wonsuom, ene nipa oo”

Enjoy this tribute song and please share.

Special thanks to Snr. Shadrach Yawson for mastering this project as well as Habyba for such beautiful vocals.

RIP my good brother, friend
