Ghana Showcases Property Strength

OpenLife Nigeria reports that Accra has been bubbling since as it hosts the 7th edition of the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2023 at Alisa Hotel.

The expo is expected to end today, Sunday December 17.

Themed “Investing safely in Ghana” the expo is being held outside the UK for the first time since inception in 2017.

By introducing Accra as a new location, the organisers aim to provide an immersive experience for visitors, allowing them to explore the local property market, investment opportunities, and the vibrant lifestyle offerings that Ghana has to offer.

The event is being organised by London-based boutique estate agent OnPoint Property run by two sisters; Anna and Victoria Agyekum.

Speaking in an interview after media launch at the residency of the British High Commissioner in Accra last night, the sisters explained that they wanted to provide an opportunity for Ghanaians in the diaspora who are having challenges in making the right decisions with a unique platform that provides them with adequate and relevant information to aid their decision making.

“We have noticed an influx of clients from Caribbean and African Americans who are considering moving back to Africa to seek the untapped opportunities that the continent has to offer.

They also want to live a better lifestyle and to raise their families in conducive environment.”

They promised an array of specular offers from exhibitors and encouraged everyone to pass through adding that the architecture, quality and serenity of ghana makes it perfect for Investment.

“Patrons can expect a weekend of discovering the best Ghana has to offer in terms of investing in Ghanaian real estate, tourism, and lifestyle products and services” said Victoria.

“We have a outstanding line-up of industry expert speakers who will touch on all the crucial topics to ensure attendees are informed with insightful knowledge before investing or visiting Ghana.”

The Deputy British High Commissioner to Ghana, H.E. Keith McMahon, speaking at the event encouraged Ghanaians in the diaspora to come and invest in the country.

“We encourage them to move back to Ghana and experience the opportunities that are available. Accra is place to come and invest,” he assured.

The Deputy Commissioner assured that the UK will continue to partner Ghana in its development agenda.

The Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo has become a highly anticipated event, attracting real estate professionals, investors, developers, and individuals who are interested in exploring the property market and lifestyle opportunities in Ghana.

With each edition, the organisers strive to showcase the immense potential and growth of the Ghanaian real estate sector, while providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discovering the latest trends in property and lifestyle.
