Fear Envelopes Warri as cultists have field day
OpenLife Nigeria reports that fear envelops Warri over the menace of street cultists. The fear has enveloped residents of neighbouring Warri villages , particularly those living in Iyara and Ugbori amongst others where stories of cult related deaths are reported on a daily basis.
The affected areas now look like grave yards during night falls as attending night parties or patronizing club houses to many is a suicide mission.
Rumour of imminent rival cult clash filtered into Otovwodo (Agbassa) Community in the early evening of Saturday February 6, 2021.
it was gathered that the youth Chairman of the Community, Comrade Precious Bazunu did not take chances, as he rose up to the challenge by beefing security as well leading youths in combing the area in search of street cultists.
Meanwhile, there was a bloody clash among rival cult groups at Hausa Quarters by Warri-Sapele Road, Warri where a suspected street cultist escaped being lynched that same night.
