Eazi Reveals His “Dream Car”
While many would assume that fame naturally comes with a flashy lifestyle, Oluwatosin Ajibade, better known as Mr Eazi, tells a very different story about his early years in the spotlight especially during his relationship with Temi Otedola.
At a time when expectations might have leaned toward luxury and visible success, the singer chose a more restrained path. Rather than spending on status symbols, he focused on building his financial base with long-term thinking. One detail that caught attention was his decision not to own a car during a significant part of their relationship.
For Mr Eazi, it wasn’t about lacking the means, but about making deliberate choices. He approached money with a mindset shaped by investment priorities rather than lifestyle pressure. Cars, in his view, simply didn’t fit into that plan at the time.
“I didn’t even have a car while dating Temi Otedola. I got my first car in 2021, a Range Rover, because I saw cars as liabilities,” he shared.
That perspective reflects a broader philosophy one that places value on assets that grow over time rather than items that lose value quickly. Even as his music gained international recognition and his business interests expanded, he remained careful about how and when to spend.
Eventually, he made an exception. In 2021, he purchased a Range Rover, marking his first personal vehicle. The decision signaled a shift, but not a complete departure from his original thinking. It was more of a balance between enjoying success and maintaining discipline.
Beyond music, Mr Eazi has built a strong presence in business, particularly in fintech and gaming. These ventures continue to shape his financial outlook, reinforcing his focus on sustainability rather than excess.
Interestingly, despite his achievements, he remains realistic about certain luxury aspirations. There’s still one item he considers a goal rather than a current reality.
“My dream car is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which is about $350,000… but I still can’t afford it yet,” he added.
His comments offer a glimpse into a side of celebrity life that isn’t often discussed one where patience, planning, and restraint play a central role. Instead of chasing appearances, Mr Eazi’s journey reflects a calculated approach to wealth, where timing and purpose guide decisions.
