the Governor observed the interaction intently&period; <&sol;strong><&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em><strong>Before the prayers&comma; Radda personally called the woman&comma; meticulously investigating her health concerns to know how genuine her case was to warrant seeking assistance from random passersby&period;
