Cyberbullying: Court Remands Prince Humble, Micheal Okoh, Oma, Others In Kuje Prison As Afriq Arbitrage System’s Legal Team Clears The Air (Video)

<h4>Cyberbullying<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that the lingering allegation of cyberbullying&comma; cyber stalking against Humble Prince Etang&comma; Donald Micheal Ubi&comma; Dennis Okoi and Michael Okoh at the Federal High Court has been adjourned till May 22nd and the accused remanded at Kuje prison&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Justice Joyce Abdumalik who was saddled with the responsibility of hearing the case filed by the IGP on behalf of Jesam Michael against the accused ordered the remand of the accused in the Kuje Correctional Centre until May 22nd&comma; when the case is slated to come up for hearing and bail application verdict&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>It would be recalled that the CEO of Afriq Arbitrage System&comma; Jesam Michael&comma; was the complainant at the Federal High Court&comma; Abuja&period; Michael had petitioned the Inspector General of Police &lpar;IGP&rpar;&comma; accusing Humble Prince Eta&comma; Donald Michael&comma; Fifeyin Awajumo and Michael Okoh of cyberbullying and cyber stalking&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He alleged that the five individuals circulated some messages against him on Facebook and WhatsApp in April where the accused who were never investors of the company threatened him&comma; his family&comma; workers and put up several incriminating lies against his person&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>They were picked up by the police where some shocking discovery was unearthed&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; the legal team of Jesam Michael and <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;vanguardngr&period;com&sol;">Afriq Arbiritage System&comma; Barrister Obeten<&sol;a> revealed that justice will be served&period; He also cleared the air on the alleged assault of Maxwell Opara by his client&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He said his action is tantamount to contempt of court as a lawyer does not have the right to judge a case he is involved in&period; He admitted that his actions are strange to the legal profession and that cases are not won on social media but in court&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Watch Video&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"jetpack-video-wrapper"><amp-youtube data-videoid&equals;"rFCyVLlwH1Q" layout&equals;"responsive" width&equals;"600" height&equals;"338"><&sol;amp-youtube><&sol;div>&NewLine;

Nollywood Actress, Shine Rosman, Raises Alarm Over Alleged Sexual Harassment In Lagos OpenLife reports that Nollywood actress Shine Rosman has spoken about what she describes as ongoing incidents of sexual harassment affecting women in parts of Lagos, particularly in Yaba. She said the issue is widely known among residents but remains unaddressed. “Do you know how bad sexual harrssment is in Lagos? Like go to Yaba, as a girl and see how you will be touched inappropriately. Everybody hearing this knows that it is true. But till today, nothing is being done about it.” She described what she claims are repeated incidents of inappropriate contact in public spaces without consequences for those responsible. “You’re walking in Yaba and people are touching you inappropriately and nothing will happen.” Rosman questioned the absence of effective intervention and raised concerns about personal safety in such environments. “If the government is not going to do anything, is it not ok for us to defend ourselves? In 2026, in a country like Nigeria, s+xual har+ssment is still one of the most passive things.” She also raised concerns about the implications of such behaviour occurring in open public spaces. “If a man can s+xually h+rass you casually during the day, what do you think he can do behind closed doors when no one is looking?”. The comments were made during an interview with Tolu Afilaka, where she discussed women’s safety in public areas of Lagos.
