The confidence to return to work has been a major subject in this COVID- 19 era. The assurance of whether one is safe being at home or at the workplace remains fully unanswered. While there is understandably an immense pressure for some socially vital institutions to return to work, in view of President Nana Akuffo Addo’s recent announcement of government’s intentions to gradually ease restriction and get the nation back to work, there is need to think about how to keep them safe when reopened including assurance that workplaces are safe and fit.
