Some days ago, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo visited Oba Akiolu. Sir, in his speech, he repeated almost everything you have been preaching to Ndigbo before 2023 general elections and after the elections. He repeated all your ideas. What is your reaction?
Yes, that is true. I am a leader. Leadership is by birth. Wisdom of God, common sense, native intelligence, sacrifice to the people under your leadership and practical exercise of what they will see, touch and taste, as listed above, are what make someone a born leader. And I have it.
For example, Ndigbo Lagos members is made up of all kind of intellectuals, military general, Police AIGs, Admirals and Commodores in the Navy, captains of industry etc.
But I humbled them and made them to know that the association called Ndigbo Lagos is a club and they must be under Ohanaeze Ndigbo as the apex socio cultural organization. That is one of my greatest achievements as President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos.
If anybody complains about me, it is for positive and in the interest of Igbo culture and tradition.
So, nothing to worry about once you are doing the right thing as a leader.
If Chief Iwuanyanwu wants to get it right in Lagos, he must have a close door meeting, time and time with someone like the Anambra young billionaire, Charles Odunukwe who is one of the major financiers of Ohanaeze Ndigbo both national and state levels.
Odunukwe is a quality leader who can sacrifice anything in the interest of Ndigbo both small and big in Nigeria and outside the country without expecting any personal gain.
And then, doing something in Lagos without his candid advice in Ohanaeze affairs will not yield any positive result.
One aspect of Chardon which a lot of people do not know is that if he finds out what you are doing is genuine and he can help you to succeed more than your expectations, he will come in immediately and add his weight and contacts to make sure you succeed in that project irrespective of your State in the south east.
He is a good man.
Charles Odunukwe is God given to Ndigbo especially Anambra State. His sacrifice to humanity is second to none. That is why I call him exceptional leader.
I quarreled with Charles Odunukwe for years because he did not support me when I wanted to become Ohanaeze President.
Later, I began to study the man coupled with the fact that he was my friend before.
I found out that there are very few people like him in the world who can make such sacrifice to help their tribes.
Now, to answer your question directly my media friend, I will tell you that the visit of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu to Lagos will not yield any benefits to Ndigbo.
Why should he come to Lagos and be moving around with people that will deceive him? Where is retired Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe, former military Vice President, in the entourage? Where is Charles Odunukwe, Where is Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu {Chisco}? where is Professor Anya O Anya? Where is Leo Okafor {Oba Ojoto.}
Where is Joe Igbokwe who is the highest ranking Igbo man in APC Lagos? Where is Honourable Jude Idimogu ? Where is John Uche, the first elected president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos? Where is Oliver Akubueze, former President of Ohanaeze, Lagos who single handedly brought me out to contest Ohanaeze President in 2018 and followed it up until I won?
I remain loyal to him irrespective of what happened in the past. Where is Barrister Fabian Onwughalu? Where is Ozichukwu? Where is Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo who has a High Court judgment with Certified True Copy, CTC, which will elapse in 2026?
Why was Chief Iwuanyanwu preaching about supporting Tinubu?
His preaching could have been “If you cannot beat them, you join them. ”
It is not easy to deceive the Yoruba people with political statements and sugar coated mouth.
He said Ndigbo should support Tinubu?
Coming to Lagos to declare Ndigbo’s loyalty to Tinubu’s government is a deceitful statement. It is for his personal interest.
Has Chief Iwuanyanwu sat with all the factions of Igbo associations in Lagos to make peace before moving to speak on behalf of Ndigbo?
He ought to have settled the factions so that everyone would surround him with all the supports of every Igbo man before going to ask for favour for Ndigbo in Lagos.
When I say something the way it is, some people who are looking for favour will see me as a controversial person. It is only the truth that will set us free in our situation in Nigeria.
Tinubu is ruling with a court judgement. I, Chief Solomon Ogbonna is also ruling with a court judgement as the president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo , Lagos State.
Chief Iwuanyanwu came to Lagos and never asked how the court judgment came about? So, Ohanaeze Ndigbo’s constitution is higher than Nigerian constitution? He also did not asked what caused the faction?
Yet, Chief Iwuanyanwu was appointed as president general of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, worldwide without bye election.
And we accepted him because of his past records. Ohanaeze president general has never happened before without election. We expect him to do better than other past presidents.
If I decide to arrest any group or persons engaging in Ohanaeze activity in Lagos without my permission, I am very right.
I know that is when Chief Iwuanyanwu will come out to intervene, making calls to some judges, police officers and all the contacts that he has.
He will then realize that there is elected legal adviser and his deputy in Ohanaeze who are supposed to advise him. It is laughable.
President General sir, does that make you a good leader? Who is fooling who?
I can assure you that nobody can deceive my friend, the executive governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Well, you have done well for some people to eat buffet in Charles Odunukwe’s hotel free as usual as they are moving around with you in Lagos, calling it visit.
They know that whenever Ohanaeze national body is around, Charles Odunukwe would give everything, both hotel and food, free of charge.
So, it is an opportunity for some of them to eat good food in a better environment like Ikoyi.
Nobody will ask how this young man, Odunukwe, is making profit in his hotel business.
Ohanaeze, if we have a leader that doesn’t allow people to deceive him, we are supposed to be having Charles Odunukwe’s birthday as public holiday for Ohanaeze worldwide, in view of the sacrifice he has made for Ohanaeze.
Chief Iwuanyanwu came to Lagos and started going around with some who call themselves Ndi Eze and leaders.
Look at the area they claim they are the best in Africa {Education}. Some of them claim they are graduates of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
And they would tell you that it was their father and grandfather that brought education to Africa.
Ask them for their results {certificates} for employment and you will find out that they have nothing reasonable to present.
My sincere joy is that none of these hustlers can win any election except by appointment.
If you follow them up on their daily activities, you would find out that their characters are full of disgrace.
Some of them who are following Chief Iwuanyanwu from east to Lagos as Ohanaeze executives don’t know the chairmen of their community associations in Lagos.
They always have time. Even if you call them to come to Kafachan by 3am, they are available.
Some of them who know their chairmen are worth nothing in their community. They are retired and tired.
They are story tellers. They would start their story with what they did with our late heroes which you cannot verify from anyone because the people to verify with are all dead.
There is no need to mention their names. They know themselves and that is the truth.
How can they know what is happening in Lagos. This is because they have no roots to get authentic information.
It is a shame that we Ndigbo call ourselves the most intelligent people.
But those tribes we think that we are more intelligent than are doing better than us and we continue to serve them with eulogizing voices. Chief Iwuanyanwu, no doubt, you are a personality through your individual efforts in life but those hustlers around you are deceiving you.
Go and make peace with Joe Nwogu and few others.
That will help you as a leader because you cannot buy Joe Nwogu with money and Ohanaeze history is in his palm.
He will advise you better about Everest Ozonweke who was licking his shoes as his boy years ago.
This is because a leader without good advice will always end up without good result. When we have great men born with leadership quality like the young Anambra billionaire, Charles Odunukwe and others, we are still looking for leaders.
Ndigbo is like a manager of a football team and the team is at the bottom of the league because the manager doesn’t know how to use the players in their best positions.
When I look at all Odunukwe’s sacrifices to Ndigbo in Lagos especially Ohanaeze national and south west, there is no doubt that he is a billionaire.
I, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene is also a billionaire and there is nothing Odunukwe will give me to say something that is not true.
Everything I say about his personality is 100 percent right. I don’t need anything from anyone to speak the truth. Above all, I cannot ask for what I have. I am not a poor man and I will never be.
Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, you are a great man. I was born in the early 70s. But at the age of 15, I have already started hearing about you. I remember when I was in primary five, a man from Afikpo, who was our teacher in primary 5, made one statement in your name that we should do well so that we will be like Iwuanyanwu. His name is Mr. Nnachi Nkama.
Those that we went to the same primary school in my village will be happy to testify to this statement when they see it. Why I succeed as a leader is because what opposition are saying about me is not what I am.
I have attended more than 20 exhibitions and auctions in the western world.
I met Ogene Nnaka for the first time I attended exhibition in the United States of America. Profile is not important to me. What interests me is result. My dear Igbo brother, Chief Iwuanyanwu, if you can listen to my advice, your legacy will start trending from generation to generation.
I remember one of the meetings I had with Chief Ayo Adebanjo, the leader of Afenifere in his Lekki residence in Lagos with John Nnia Nwodo, Supol Shonibare, late Yinka Odumakin, and few others.
Ayo Adebanjo said to us in that meeting that “I will try as much as possible to get everything I doing right especially saying things the way they are without fear or favour of anyone. I am over 90 years. So, I am in the departure hall waiting for Gods announcement. ”
So, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, you have to tap from this statement of Ayo Adebanjo stated above.

There are lot of things missing in Ohanaeze. If Sunday Ossai is your president, what has been his contribution since you have been visiting Lagos?
Can’t you see that you have been deceived in Lagos affairs and you are continuously being deceived by hungry hustlers who want to succeed by crook or hook?
You never sat with me, Chief Solomon Ogbonna, the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos State till 2026 with a Certified True Copy, CTC of a High Court judgement and the other faction to ask what happened.
You are only hearing from hustlers who want to follow you around so that they can eat jollof rice with chicken including envelope, no matter how small through your influence.
Then you came to Lagos to repeat almost every of my advice to Ndigbo since 2018 when I assumed office as President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos.
Immediately I won the election of president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos State in 2018, my first movement was to visit the Oba of Lagos accompanied with personalities like former military vice president, Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe who was also the chairman of my inauguration, late Professor George Obiozor,
Sidney Dike and many others including few of my executives were in the team of that my visit to Oba.
And I presented a master piece artwork, worth millions of Naira {a beautiful Igbo woman carved with wood} to the Oba.

This was to make peace between the Yorubas and Igbo people because of what happened in the 2015 general elections when Ndigbo supported Jimi Agbaje against Akin Ambode, who was Oba’s candidate and Lagos people’s choice.
Then why come to Lagos for the peace foundation I have laid between Ndigbo and the host community that have been yielding good results in Lagos without carrying someone like me along? Do you normally ask questions at all?
If there was peace during the time of Azikiwe and Awolowo between the Yorubas and Ndigbo, it is not the same thing today. 2015 elections have brought ugly situation between Ndigbo and Yorubas in Lagos State.
To me, I feel you just came to Lagos to advertise yourself so that people will think that you are working.
Some of those people that are following you even use your name to deceive some women they are chasing. They would tell them that you are going to give them jobs. Where are the jobs?
They use it to collect money from some people and also promise them appointments in government.
You need to see the video of some of these people who claim to be Eze Ndigbo that are pestering you in Lagos to know how they are fighting for food in occasions and sometimes less than N5,000 simply because they have nothing doing.
They are ready to pull off that the skirt, blouse and gown that they are putting on to deceive people that they are kings. It is a shame.
Immediately Chief Iwuayanwu turns his back from the Yoruba people he visits, they will feel very sorry for him. Responsible Igbo people who watch him on media will see him as someone who does not know what he is doing.
Those people following him around in Lagos are more interested in jollof rice they are going to eat and the telephone numbers they are going to collect from the personalities through the influence of Iwuanyanwu.
All these numbers they are collecting is to go and beg money from those personalities.
The one who claim to be their leader , Everest Ozonweke is the worse who has made things difficult for Ndigbo in Lagos and still counting. They are full of sugarcoated mouth. But follow them home both in Lagos and village, you will find out that even if you recircle them, you cannot get anything out of them.
And they have no common sense of doing things right.
Call them for activities, especially in the area of blackmailing to get favour, that is their best. They are suffering from vocal diarrhea. They can say anything against anyone without fear of God.
Some of them will go as far as telling you that they have houses everywhere including millennium cars.
So, if you are swayed by their boasting, they are only bragging to make them selves relevant and to deceive you.
Sir, if you don’t understand these people I am talking about quickly, to the extent that what is coming out from their mouth is 100 percent fallacy, you will regret working with them at the end of your tenure.
I am happy with late Professor George Obiozor for his smartness when Everest Ozonweke was announcing himself to Lagos people that he was his personal assistant.
Immediately the information got to the professors, he shut Everest up and warned him not to say it anywhere again.
I repeat, remember Ayo Adebanjo’s statement written above “I am in the departure hall. Legacy is needed.”
We have also heard in Lagos that Everest Ozonweke is lobbying you through some of your executives to be made co ordinator, Ohanaeze Ndigbo South West.
These are some of the things nobody will try with late professor Obiozor when he was there.
Chief sir, I don’t think you like to leave legacy if you continue dancing with this man, Everest who is a green snake under green grass.
Anyway, I will not blame you so much because Everest’s tricks are beyond human imagination.
He will first of all get your personal assistant and make him his best friend. He will also present himself as a saint and the only good man in the whole Ndigbo in Lagos State.
I am still wondering how Obiozor found out his tricks.
If you don’t know, ask Ambrose who served as Obiozor’s personal assistant about Everest. He will guide you, Mr. President.
Everest will just rubbish your name with different stories and make money out of it if you give him appointment he does not deserve. Ayaka music said, in one of his albums that a hungry man has no brother or friend.
I don’t blame some of your executives. Everest Onowu must have told them how much he will be giving them in return when he is given any appointment in Lagos.
He will even parade himself more than you, the president general. Sir, if he falls out with you, he will go out and tell people that he is the one who introduced you to all your contacts including your wife. That was exactly what he did to me. He is as bad as that.
