OpenLife News reports that a specially modified fuel tanker with a hidden compartment used to transport illicit drugs from the South to the North has been intercepted.
Information from NDLEA disclosed that the incident happened this weekend.
The tanker was also conveying fuel in the same direction. NDLEA officers made the discovery after a chase and search operation.

“Operatives of the NDLEA Nigeria have stopped a fuel tanker that was specially constructed with a concealed compartment to smuggle illicit drugs from southern Nigeria to the North while also transporting fuel.
“The criminal operation was busted this weekend,” the anti illicit drug agency stated.
